Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) Chief Commissioner M. Maheshwar Rao on Thursday (August 13) said all arrangements had been made for the event, which will be held in front of the grand steps of Vidhana Soudha. Around 18,000 citizens have already registered for the event, and only registered visitors will be allowed entry.
Bengaluru City Police Commissioner Seemant Kumar Singh said security arrangements had been made while keeping the movement of visitors in mind.
